How to Use the Email Tracker in ARC

The Email Tracker shows every email you've sent from ARC and whether it was delivered, opened, or clicked.

1. In ARC, click the Accounts icon in the left-hand menu, then click Email Tracker at the top of the page.

2. To find a specific email, type the recipient's name in Search.
3. You can also filter by:
   • Sender
   • Result: Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Rejected, or Marked Spam
   • Date Range
4. Click the black search button to show results.
5. Each email shows the date it was Delivered, Opened, and Clicked (any links in the email), and any Problems.
