New User Access / User Removal Form
New User Onboarding, Training, and Termination Process:
This process ensures every new team member has the right access, training, and support from the start. It also helps protect company information, keeps records accurate, and avoids delays or access issues when staffing changes occur. The New User Creation Form must be submitted before staff can receive system access.
Staff Onboarding
Once your new employee accepts and signs the correct contractor agreement for their role, please:
- Submit a New User Creation Form along with a copy of their signed agreement and NDA.
- Retain a copy of all documents for your records.
- After the form is submitted, notify National Support via a ticket that the New User Creation Form has been submitted to initiate onboarding and training.
Staff Training & Support
- New users will receive access to the appropriate training curriculum and support resources based on their role.
- Once training is complete, all future questions should be managed by their publisher or submitted through a National Support ticket in ARC.
Staff Termination
- Submit the User Removal Form to notify corporate of the termination of your employee.
- Publishers must provide the exact date for the removal of the former employee’s ARC and Email Access.
- All communications and payroll commitments related to the employee’s departure are solely the responsibility of the Publisher.
