Page Rates

Publishers must maintain a minimum page rate of $1,100 at all times. Failure to publish above the $1,100 page rate will result in the Franchise Fee being assessed against the Rate Card rate instead of the Ad List rate for the issue(s) in violation. Consistently publishing below the minimum page rate may result in further restrictions limiting trade agreements and/or discounted rates of new agreements.
