Publisher Dashboard in ARC

The dashboard was created to give you a snapshot of your business. Most numbers or dials can be clicked on to pull the supporting report/data.

The Dashboard tab available to publishers houses a lot of the important day to day information needed to run your business. First you will notice five performance indicators at the top of the page.

1. Total Contract Value (TCV)
   1. Total TCV sold in their current issue
2. Monthly Sales
   1. Number of agreements sold in their current issue (term of over 12 mos)
3. Renewals
   1. Contracts up for renewal in the current issue month
4. Commissions
   1. Amt of commission earnings for upcoming pay period
5. Ad Deadline
   1. Monthly ad contracts deadline for the current issue month 

Publishers can hover over the tooltip in the top right-hand corner of each pod to see their Personal Record or PR. At the bottom right of each pod, there is a link to take the publisher to the report where the applicable data is coming from.

Publication Tier

Under Publication Tier you will see your current tier as well as your ranking with other publications in that tier and the number of days you have remained in that tier (based on your ads deadline).

If you have multiple magazines you can toggle back and forth using the drop down menu next to Publication as well as view your Ads List.

Business Score

Below your tier, you will see a Business Score displayed. The color of the score is based on the health of their publication:

• Red = Below Average (70 > below)
• Yellow = Average (70-80)
• Green = Above Average (80 < above)

Your overall Business Score is an average calculation based on the various metrics listed below:

• Total Contract Value or TCV (3 month average)
• 6 Month Forecast
• Renewal Rate
• Commission (3 month average)
• Aging Summary

Scores for each metric range from 0 - 100 depending on the health of each metric (listed by hovering over the metric title in ARC). In the top right corner of each pod is a tooltip indicating the value range results in each possible score. The bottom right corner links to the report.

Revenue Tracker

Next to your Business Score you will see a Revenue Tracker. This scale tracks the revenue for your magazine’s last issue, current issue and an estimated three month forecast. The scale is laid out by tier revenue so you can track your progression by tier as well.

Forecast Summary

By clicking the Forecast Summary dropdown you will see your monthly revenue over the next four months. It also shows you the total contract value you’ve sold in the current month’s cycle, the average term of those agreements and the credit card percentage. This forecast is based on your Ads List and you can view it by clicking on the number under each month.

Tier Rankings

Under Tier Rankings you will see your current tier and your ranking between other publishers in the same tier. Below you will see your total revenue ranking amongst all active publishers based on your total monthly revenue.

Publisher Pulse

Used for celebrating achievements from you & your peers. The “Recent Activity" section announces when your fellow publishers sign agreements or reach another tier level, etc. You can give them a virtual fist bump or leave a comment.

Top 10

Top 10 ranking of publishers each month based on ads list and TCV. Can toggle month to month to review past & upcoming months.
