Syncing ARC with Gmail Signature

This guide provides a step-by-step process to update your Gmail signature on City Lifestyle HQ. Following these steps, you can easily include your profile photo and magazines in your signature, giving it a personalized touch. It's a quick and efficient way to update your Gmail signature and make it more visually appealing.

Update Signature in ARC

1. In ARC, click on the Profile tab on the left-hand side
2. Scroll down to Email Signature
3. Click the check box to include your profile photo
4. Click the check box to include your monthly magazine cover (optional)
5. Click “Update Gmail Signature” to send your ARC profile to Gmail

Sync ARC with Gmail

1. Go to Gmail
2. Click the Settings gear in the top right corner
3. Click “See all settings”
4. Scroll down to the Signature section under the General tab
5. From the drop-down menu, select “My signature” to view the signature synced from ARC
   • Note that additional signatures can be added, but these do not sync with ARC and automatically update each month
6. Under Signature defaults, make sure it is set to My Signature
7. Click Save to complete changes
