How to Enter City Scene

The City Scene section features a collection of local events that have happened in the past with photos for each event.

1. On the Editorial page in ARC, navigate to the Issues tab.
2. Choose City Scene from the left content outline.
3. Choose a Due Date and select Producers who will receive the assignment through a contributors link. 
   1. If the section does not require an assignment, this can be left as the default.
4. Select the number of pages to dedicate to the City Scene section.
5. Note the required number of photos for each page size.
   1. For a ½ page entry you will need 3 images, for a full page entry you will need 7
6. Click Choose File to upload your images. 
   1. All photos should be the original and screenshots will not be accepted.
7. Enter captions for each photo with a word count of 0-15 words each.
8. Enter Photo Credit with a social media handle.
9. When the entry is complete, click Save. 
   1. ARC does not autosave. Be sure that all work is saved before leaving the page.
10. Click Send to email the assignment to the producer selected.

• First two images: 2.25" x 2.4"
• Last image: 2.17" x 2.4"

Full Page City Scene (7 photos)

• Top Left: 2.25” x 2.7 “
• Bottom Left: 2.25” x 3.4”
• Top Center: 2.5” x 1.6”
• Middle Center: 2.5” x 2.1”
• Bottom Center: 2.5” x 2.3”
• Top Right: 2.1” x 3.4”
• Bottom Right: 2.1” x 2.7”
