How to Enter City Scene

The City Scene section features a collection of local events that have happened in the past with photos for each event.

1. Navigate to the Issues tab under the Editorial section in ARC.
2. Scroll down to the content list and click on the City Scene section.
3. Choose a Due Date and select Producers who will receive the assignment through a contributors link. 
   1. Click the “Send” button to email the assignment to the producer selected.
   2. If the section does not require an assignment, this can be left as the default “Provided.”
4. Set the number of pages by using the Pages dropdown. The page count is automatically set to one page but can be decreased or increased from 0-5 pages. 
   1. For a ½ page entry, you will need 3 images, for a full page entry, you will need 7.
5. Click the “Choose Files” button to upload your images. 
   1. All photos should be the original, and screenshots will not be accepted.
6. Enter captions for each photo with a word count of 0-15 words each.
7. Enter the Photo Credit with the photographer or a social media handle.
8. When you are done uploading photos and the City Scene is complete, click Save. 
   1. ARC does not autosave. Be sure that all work is saved before leaving the page.

• Last image: 2.17" x 2.4"

Full Page City Scene (7 photos)

• Top Left: 2.25” x 2.7”
• Bottom Left: 2.25” x 3.4”
• Top Center: 2.5” x 1.6”
• Middle Center: 2.5” x 2.1”
• Bottom Center: 2.5” x 2.3”
• Top Right: 2.1” x 3.4”
• Bottom Right: 2.1” x 2.7”
