Creating a New Account in ARC

  1. In Arc, go to the Accounts tab on the left-hand side
  2. Click on the Accounts page at the top
    1. Make sure you select “My Accounts” under the Accounts drop down
  3. Click “New Account” to the right 
  4. Enter the Account Name (Business Name)
  5. A list of businesses will populate from Google to select from
    1. It is important to double-check that you select the business with the correct address and location
  6. Once you select the correct business, their business information listed on Google will autofill for you
  7. Under Industry, select the correlating business category
    1. You must select an industry from the provided list to save the account
  8. Click Save
