Media Kits can be found in ARC under Training and Documents > Media Kits tab at the top of the page. Here, you can download the media kit in PDF format in the top right-hand corner.
Ordering Media Kits
Additional Media Kits can be ordered through ARC under Training and Documents > Order Materials tab. Please keep in mind that the minimum number of media kits you can order is 200.
Media Kits should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after the order is placed in ARC.
Readership Calculation for the Media Kit
- A = (Homes × 3 readers per home)
- B = (Businesses + Publisher Copies) × 4 × 20
- A + B = Total Readership

Home Value
Changes to Home Value
The home value information included in your media kit is sourced directly from the U.S. Government’s data reports. Please review your provided overview, which contains average home values for each postal route.
If the values in your media kit do not reflect what you believe to be accurate, please provide a few addresses within your zip codes where homes have sold for the maximum value for which you wish to be listed. We will verify the information and make adjustments as needed. Many of our publishers obtain this data from their real estate partners. This may require additional readers or additional routes to be added.
It’s important to note that homes must have sold for the specified price; this is not a list price. City Lifestyle participates in the CVC verification process to ensure truth in advertising/publishing, meaning all claims in our media kits must be verifiable during annual audits.
If you do not have a real estate partner, you may use Zillow to identify the highest home sale values in your area. While Zillow is a helpful tool for spot-checking individual property sales, we also verify data through two additional sources for accuracy.
Lowest Home Value?
Remember that if you have increased your residential distribution, you will see changes in your lowest home value. This is a good thing!
Expanding your reach and mailing deeper into your community is a powerful way to grow your impact! The more households you reach, the greater the benefits for your clients, increasing their exposure and potential customer base.
Keep in mind that we already target the highest demographics in your community—million-dollar homes and as many high-end residences as your current tier allows for optimal publication success. As you add more residential routes, the lower end of your home value range will naturally decrease since we are already reaching the top-tier homes. For example:
- Launch (6,500 residential) – Max: $5.5M | Lowest: $550K
- Gold (7,800 residential) – Max: $5.5M | Lowest: $470K
- Platinum (10,000 residential) – Max: $5.5M | Lowest: $350K
This expansion means you’re covering significantly more territory and reaching a broader audience, including younger homeowners with greater disposable income. The deeper your reach into the community, the more potential readers are exposed to your client's advertising—making it a powerful selling point for your publication.

Before an audit begins, media companies must complete and submit detailed forms outlining key data points for both print and digital distribution. This includes specifics on publication printing, delivery, and online engagement. CVC’s auditors then conduct a meticulous review, verifying all claims—such as print circulation, digital readership, and distribution—against supporting documentation, including printing statements, mailing receipts, delivery maps, subscriber lists, and financial records.
Once all data has been thoroughly examined and its accuracy confirmed, CVC issues a certified audit report that media companies can leverage for advertising sales and business development. Organizations that meet CVC’s rigorous standards are authorized to display the CVC seal, signifying verified credibility. Additionally, their audit results are made available to key media industry groups, further enhancing their market reputation.

Using a multi-platform approach, we gather data through online surveys, email outreach, and social media polls to create a comprehensive profile of your readership.
