How to Navigate the Invoice Tab in the Customer Portal

Understanding the Invoice tab in the Customer Portal is essential for managing your financial relationship with the publication. It allows you to review issued invoices, check outstanding balances, track payment history, and make timely payments to avoid late fees. By effectively using this tool, you can ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth financial operations.


  1. Log in to your customer portal via https://citylifestylehq.com
  2. On the left menu, click the “Invoice” tab.
  3. Under “Show,” select which invoices you want to view:
    1. Unpaid Invoices
    2. All Invoices
  4. Your list of invoices will be generated, where you can see:
    1. The invoice number
    2. The issue the invoice applies to
    3. The amount of the issue.
    4. The balance due on the invoice
    5. The total outstanding balance of all the combined invoices due
  5. Click the “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the screen to pay an outstanding invoice or prepay future invoices.
  6. Enter the amount you want to pay.
  7. Select the preferred payment method on file from the drop-down list.
  8. If you would like to enter a new payment method, click “Add Payment Method” on the right side of the page.  
    1. You can add a new card or ACH payment method.
    2. Enter all required fields and click “Save.”
    3. Your payment method will now be reflected in the drop-down menu on the payment page.
      1. Note: This will not change the payment method set up for automatic payments. Automatic Payment Methods must be updated, selected, and saved in the customer portal Agreement tab.
  9. Click “Pay Now” to submit the payment.

For a more detailed view of your invoice, click on the invoice you want to review, where you can see a list of items on the invoice, such as ad insertions, upgrades, or other miscellaneous fees.


Click “Download PDF” at the bottom of the page for the full invoice to display.

2. Click "Invoices"

In the Customer Portal, click the Invoices tab on the left hand side
Click 'Invoices'

3. Select which invoices to view

In the drop down menu, select if you would like to see all invoices or just unpaid invoices.

4. Pay balance or select an invoice

Here you can click the Pay Balance button or select a specific invoice.

5. Click "Pay Now"

After selecting the invoice, you will see the invoice number, issued date, name, amount and amount due. Click the Pay Now button to make the payment.

6. Enter amount and select payment method

Enter the amount you would like to pay and select a payment method you have on file.

7. Click "Add Payment Method"

You can also add a new payment method by clicking Add Payment Method.

8. Click "Pay Now"

Proceed with payment.
Click 'Pay Now'

9. Click "Download PDF"

You can also view a more detailed invoice by clicking Download PDF.

10. Invoice PDF
