How to Navigate the Agreements Tab and Update Autopay Method in Customer Portal
The Agreements tab allows you to review your signed agreement in full detail as well as update your payment method if needed.
- Log in to your customer portal via https://citylifestylehq.com.
- On the left sidebar menu, click the “Agreements” tab.
- On the next screen, you can view past and current agreements by clicking on the date listed.
- On the next screen, you will be able to see a summary of your agreement information, such as:
- Advertiser
- Signer & Signed Date
- Start & End Dates
- Duration
- Price per Month
- Scrolling down to Ad Details, you can view a summary of your monthly insertions, including:
- Magazine Title
- Issue
- Ad Size
- Monthly Investment
- Design Fees
- Agreement Notes
- Directly above the Ad Details section, you can review the specific Cancellation Policy applicable to your contract.
- To manage your payment information:
- In the center of the page under Payment Details, view the current card or account set to autopay. This will display the last 4 digits of the card or account you have on file, currently enrolled in autopay.
- Use the dropdown menu to select a different payment method already on file.
- To add a new card or bank account, click “Add Payment Method” on the right side of the section. Complete the required fields in the pop-up window and click “Save”.
- To review legal terms or download your contract:
- Click “Terms and Conditions” at the bottom of the summary section.
- Click “Download Agreement” at the top right of the page to view or print the full document.
- To initiate a contract cancellation:
- Click the “Cancel Agreement” button located near the top left of your agreement screen.
- Clicking this button automatically sends a notification to your publisher, as well as the campaign manager (if digital or social contracts are attached). To finalize the cancellation, complete the required cancellation fee and administrative fee payment inside the portal. Note: While digital or bundled contracts can be self-cancelled, clients cannot drop print while keeping digital.
