What articles are included in the rotating carousel on my landing page? What determines what goes into the “Most Recent Articles” section?
The order of articles on your landing page is determined by the chronological order in which your magazine articles and premium client articles are uploaded.
Can I make edits to a past online article?
Minor edits to the online version of an article may be requested, but we cannot accept new photos. Please note that digital edits are primarily reserved for fact checks or significant grammatical errors. Requests to swap large quantities of text will be denied.
If you would like an edit made to the online version of an article, please submit a ticket with the following information:
- Article Title
- Issue Month/Year
- Specific location in the publication (e.g., page number, paragraph, photo reference, etc.)
If more than three copy edits are required, please attach the article in a Word document or include it in the body of the email with the requested changes highlighted.
Please note that if you are changing the title of an article, the URL to the article will not change.
Can I make edits to the magazine's online issue?
Only minor text changes (e.g., misspellings) can be made to the digital version of an issue linked on your landing page and can be submitted via ticket. Major changes or entire article revisions are not possible due to the complexity and low priority of this request.
Can you create a QR code to link to my online magazine?
We do not create QR codes that link to a digital or PDF version of the magazine or an article.
Digital Images
What are the dimensions of the logo and banner image on the website?
Please find the dimensions for digital assets below:
- Logo: 500 x 500 pixels
- Banner Image: 1155 pixels by 300 pixels
We suggest uploading a larger image to account for cropping.
Can I upload new photos to an online article?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept new photos past the editorial deadline date as they would not go through the Quality Control process. However, we can "deselect" images that have already been uploaded from being visible in the online article if you would like.

How do I send out a monthly newsletter? Can you add email subscribers to my newsletter?
Your monthly email newsletter will begin going out when you have 30 or more subscribers on your email distribution list. Please verify the following before adding new subscribers.
I confirm that my new import adheres to these conditions:
- My contacts explicitly gave me their permission to send email newsletter campaigns within the last two years or had been asked to within the last two years.
- These contacts were not borrowed from a third party.
- These contacts were not purchased or rented.
If they have not, then they can report us as spam, and we could get blocked by Gmail and other email providers. Please be cautious of this.

How do I change my availability on my calendar on my landing page?
The availability displayed on your calendar for prospects is synced directly with your Google Calendar associated with your City Lifestyle email. If canceling out events doesn't resolve your issue, please remember to consider any all-day events, as they can also block off your availability.
Can I set up an IP lookup for my landing page?
Unfortunately, we cannot set up individual IP lookups for publications on the citylifestyle.com website.
Can I change the URL for my client's digital listing?
This can be done internally by the National Support team! Please submit a ticket to make this request, including all information regarding your client.
