Viewing the Customer Portal as a Client

- In ARC, navigate to the “Accounts” page on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click on the “Accounts” tab found toward the top of the page.
- Search for the account name in the search field.
- Other fields are not required but can be used to help filter your search.
- Select your account from the list by clicking on the account name.
- Once you are in the account, click on the “Contacts” tab under the account name.
- Determine which contact you want to see the customer portal view of.
- Located on the right side under Customer Portal actions, select “View”.
- You can now view the Customer Portal with the same access, permissions, and data visibility as that contact.

1. Viewing Customer Portal as the Client
There will be occasions when you will need to take a look at the Customer Portal from your client’s point of view and you have the ability to do this in ARC. For example, if your client is experiencing issues uploading their ad, you can switch over to their view to better assist.

2. Click "Accounts"
In ARC click on the Accounts page on the left hand side.

3. Click "Accounts"
Navigate to the accounts section

4. Click on Account Name
Search for the client and click on their Account Name.

5. Click "Contacts"
Access the contacts menu

6. Click "View"
Located on the right side under Customer Portal actions, select View to see the customer portal with the same access, permissions, and data visibility as that contact.
