Managing Communication Settings in Arc

ARC allows you to turn email delivery on or off for many notifications, including deadlines, payments, ad proofs, and more. Your current settings remain unchanged until you update a toggle.

Updating Your Notification Preferences

1. In ARC, navigate to the “Profile” tab in the left navigation menu
2. Click “Communication Settings” at the top of page
3. Notifications are grouped in three categories: Sales, Financial and Operations
4. Each notification has two options
   1. Email: To your City Lifestyle email address
   2. Text: To the phone number listed under your profile *Coming soon
5. Each toggle shows your current email preference. Turn a toggle on to receive that notification, or turn it off to stop receiving the email.

Important: Notifications marked “Required” cannot be turned off. These alerts include critical items you need to address, such as failed payments or ad action items.
