How to Use the My Magazine Dashboard

Access the Dashboard

1. In ARC, select Dashboard from the left menu, then select My Magazine.

2. If you publish more than one magazine, open the drop-down magazine menu and select the magazine you want to review.

Important: All dashboard information updates automatically based on the selected magazine.

Overview

Guidde: My Magazine Dashboard: Overview Tab

Upcoming Deadlines

Review upcoming deadlines.

The deadlines section lists what is due next in chronological order, including commission lock dates, ad deadlines, editorial due dates, and other issue-related deadlines.

Important: Select Show All to view the complete calendar.

Your Support Team

Find the right support contact.

Use the contact section to find your Publisher Coach, Regional Sales Director, and City Lifestyle support contacts. Select an email address to contact that person.

Social Media Marketing

Check social media client activity.

Use the social media section to identify clients who need attention and review the status of social media invoices.

Important: Select a number to view the clients included in that count and open their accounts.

Pages in Issue

Review available issue space.

Compare sold ad pages with your issue capacity and review the editorial space that remains.

If the issue is approaching capacity, ARC may show how many additional pages are needed to grow the issue.

When available, ARC will also display the estimated printing cost associated with that growth.

Documents

Open advertiser resources.

Use the advertiser resources section to access the tools and information needed for advertiser conversations such as Media Kits or previous covers.

Page Rate Calculator

Check a potential sale.

Enter the proposed ad size and sale price to see how the sale would affect your magazine’s average page rate.

Important: ARC will indicate whether the proposed sale meets the minimum page rate requirement.

Teams & Permissions

Guidde: My Magazine Dashboard: Team & Permissions

Select the Team & Permissions tab to view everyone currently assigned to the magazine and manage their access.

Team List

The team list may include people you added as well as support staff, backup coverage, or others assigned for operational purposes.

Important: A person appearing on the list does not mean they have full access. Review the permissions selected under their name to confirm what they can do.

Assigning Permissions

Review each permission category and select only the access the team member needs.

  • Check a box to grant that permission for this magazine.
  • Uncheck a box to remove that permission.
  • Changes save automatically and take effect immediately.

Add a Team Member

Select an existing City Lifestyle team member and add them to the magazine.

Important: Newly added team members cannot use magazine features until you enable the appropriate permissions.

Remove a Team Member

Use the remove option to end the person’s access to this magazine. Removing someone also disables all permissions they had for the magazine.

Important: Removing a team member from one magazine does not affect their access to any other magazine.
