Feeds & Communication

What are CL Connect community spaces?

CL Connect is intended to encourage collaboration, communication, idea sharing, and peer engagement throughout the network.

Examples of appropriate posts may include:

  • Sharing wins or best practices
  • Networking and collaboration
  • General discussions or questions
  • Questions about events
  • Peer-to-peer idea sharing

However, CL Connect should not replace official support channels for operational assistance, troubleshooting, account-specific requests, or urgent matters.

For items requiring support, guidance, approvals, troubleshooting, or action from Corporate teams, publishers should continue to:

  • Submit tickets through National Support
  • Use the Help Beacon within ARC
  • Follow existing operational support processes

This helps ensure requests are properly tracked, routed, prioritized, and resolved by the appropriate team.

Will important company updates be posted in Communities?

Yes. Many operational updates, training announcements, reminders, and event information may be shared through Communities feeds. Users are encouraged to regularly check the platform.

Courses provide structured training and educational content for:

  • Onboarding

Are courses required?

Some courses may be required depending on your role, stage, or operational needs. Your trainer or corporate contact will communicate required training expectations.

Can I rewatch course materials?

Yes. Course content can be revisited at any time and often available as individual lessons in the training and document sections of ARC.
